Foodie Blog Swap: Holiday Dishes


Hello! I’m so honored to be guest posting as part of the blog swap meet! Today I’ll be sharing with you one of my family’s favorite winter meals: hearty and warming Tuscan bean soup cooked in the slow cooker! It’s absolutely delicious and you’re going to love it!

Slowcooker Tuscan Bean Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Italian herb mix
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 2 cans Cannellini beans
  • 3 cups pork stock
  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, grated
  • 250g cooked ham
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or until tender and cooked through.

2. That’s it!
